Appointment Booking Terms & Conditions

All our fitting appointments are offered at - Elevator Business Centre, Arnhall Business Park, Westhill, AB32 6UF

The building is on the same mini roundabout as Costco Westhill and our building has light blue window and door frames.

There is plenty of free parking out the front.

Your booking deposit paid will secure your time slot and is **refundable on the day of your fitting against any purchase made**

Once your appointment has been booked, you'll receive a confirmation email and then 24 hours before your appointment you'll receive a reminder email.

Deposits are not refunded for missed appointments or appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours to go, please look online at the next available slots and let us know which slot you would like to move to?

 

If you would like to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours to go, please head online to book a new appointment and let us know which appointment you would like to cancel. 

Deposits are not refunded for missed appointments or those cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours to go.

Please note we cannot often answer the phone for calls as we are usually with appointments - we cannot take bookings over the phone. Please head to our bookings page if you would like to book an appointment 

 

Coming along to your Appointment

1. Please arrive just before/on time for your appointment and *wait in your car* 

We will text you to let you know we're ready for your appointment - you can come in through the first glass door of the centre and we'll meet you there to let you in the second security door.

2. We ask that in attending an appointment you are affirming that you and all members of your household have been free from any symptoms of illness within the last 10 days, and that your temperature on the day of your fitting is within a normal range.

3. We kindly ask that you come along to your fitting alone - unless the appointment has been booked for 2 people. 

The exception to this is under 18s for first/teen fittings MUST be accompanied by an adult/parent or carer. 

4. Anti-bac alcohol hand gel is available on arrival

Our premises are thoroughly cleaned daily, and fitters hands washed between appointments as standard.

5. Please note we do not offer 'sizing only' appointments. If bra size advice is all that is required please do get in touch with us via the contact form.

No Show Policy

 

Please note a company policy is in place where a £40 appointment deposit is charged for customers wanting to rebook fitting appointments after a previous missed/no show appointment.

 

This appointment deposit payment of £40 will be sent as a text or email payment request shortly after a rebooked appointment has been made - ONLY for clients who have a previous 'no show' within 18 months on our system

This payment is then *refunded on the day* against your purchases - should the rebooked appointment also be missed then the deposit is not refunded. 

 

Payment for this deposit is due within 48 hours of your appointment being booked - should the deposit not be completed the booking is then cancelled on our system and the original £10 online booking deposit is non refundable.

 

This policy has been put in place to cover us as a small business where missed appointments mean hours of staff time are potentially unpaid due to no show/missed appointments.
