Service Description

If you've ever found shopping for swim or beachwear a headache... then this appointment type is for you! Come along for an expert, 1 to 1 fitting at our cosy fitting room and find beautifully fitted, supportive swimwear. Most of our swimwear is cup sized so your correct bra size and fit will be assessed at your appointment and then the swimwear of your choice ordered in for you, ready to collect or have posted to you within 5 - 10 days We have a beautiful collection available for you to browse and choose from (and some core sizes are often available to take away on the day) *Bras and loungewear can also be shopped at this appointment - time permitting. All our fitting appointments are offered at - Elevator Business Centre, Arnhall Business Park, Westhill, AB32 6UF Your £10 booking deposit will secure your time slot and is **refundable on the day of your fitting against any purchase made** Once your appointment has been booked you'll receive a confirmation email and then 24 hours before your appointment you'll receive a reminder email with everything you need to know about coming along for your fitting. 1. Anti-bac alcohol hand gel is available on arrival Our premises are thoroughly cleaned daily, and fitters hands washed between appointments as standard. 2. We kindly ask that you come along to your fitting alone. The exceptions to this are - Babies 12 months and under can of course come along with mum. And under 18s for first/teen fittings MUST be accompanied by an adult/parent or carer. 3. Please note we do not offer 'sizing only' appointments. If bra size advice is all that is required and you do not intend to make a purchase, please do get in touch with us via the contact form. 4. We ask that in attending an appointment you are affirming that you and all members of your household have been free from any symptoms of illness within the last 10 days, and that your temperature on the day of your fitting is within a normal range. 5. Deposits are not refunded for missed appointments or appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us via email or Facebook message with as much notice as possible, this is hugely appreciated as a small business - hello@bellewrenlingerie.com www.facebook.com/bellewren 1. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice or less - booking deposit is non refundable. 2. Appointment no show - deposit is non refundable and our no show policy will apply on rebooking.
